Part of our service is introducing clients to suitable professionals. To do this, our staff review the requests and applications submitted through this site and record them in a private, access-controlled system that only authorised Busakel staff can open.

• If you apply to our professional network: you confirm, by ticking the consent box on the form, that we may share your profile (such as your name, profession, experience, qualifications and contact details) with prospective clients we consider a good match. We only do this after your application has been reviewed and verified, and a Busakel administrator has approved the specific introduction.
• If you submit a project or hiring request: you confirm that we may share the relevant details of your request with professionals we consider suitable, so that they can be matched with you.
• Introductions are reviewed by a person. No introduction is sent automatically; each one is approved by a Busakel administrator first.
• Fees. Busakel may charge a fee or commission for introductions. We keep a record of the fee agreed and payments received for each introduction.
• Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent to sharing at any time by contacting us. We will stop sharing your details from that point, although we cannot undo introductions already made.

Files you upload (such as drawings, photos or a CV) are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. They are only made available to the professionals or clients involved in an introduction where that is necessary for the match. We keep a record of when you gave consent and which version of this policy applied.

This site may use cookies or local browser storage for basic functionality, such as remembering items you've added to a materials quote list. These are not used to track you across other websites. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
